Processing & Speed
We’re fast! Most orders go out the same day if placed before 3:00 PM ET.
- Orders after 3:00 PM ET: Will likely ship the following business day.
- Business Days: We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
- Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, the average order is delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
Zentra ships to the United States. However, due to varying state regulations regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids (CBN), we may be unable to ship to certain states or territories.
- If your shipping address is in a restricted jurisdiction, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately.
- You are responsible for knowing your local laws before ordering.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.\
- If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Zentra is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us at [email protected].
- If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) directly to open a claim.
Pre-Orders
Items purchased on pre-order (e.g., Sleep Bundles) will ship as soon as they are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the moment the label is created. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are subject to change based on manufacturing timelines.
