The 30 Day Confidence Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Zentra with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund.

  • First Order Only: The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with Zentra.
  • No Return Necessary: If your refund request is accepted for your first order of Zentra gummies, we will process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.
  • Processing Fee: You will receive a full refund for the value of the product, less a $5 fee to help cover transaction and processing costs.
  • Shipping: Any initial shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Standard Orders: We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Our fulfillment system begins processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Subscriptions: We do not manually cancel subscriptions for customers via email. We provide an always-available account portal where you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscriptions with just a few clicks.

  • To cancel, log in at www.zentrazzz.com/account and navigate to the My Subscriptions tab.
  • You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your next re-bill date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order (such as our Sleep Mask & Earplug bundle), you are buying a product not yet in inventory.

  • You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund.
  • Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Hard goods and bundles (sleep masks & earplugs)

For non-consumable items included in pre-orders or bundles:

  • Condition: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of sleep accessories, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Returns: You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Opened Perishables: We cannot accept returns on opened gummy packages past your initial “First Order Guarantee” purchase.
  • Return to Sender: We do not process refunds for orders marked as ‘Return to Sender.’ You must follow our official refund process to be eligible for a credit.

Refund process

If a return is required, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
